STORY –Because of getting thirty, Camilla dreams of emigrating to new lands. She meets Youssef who is also thinking of travelling abroad. They make a deal that would help both of them to easily emigrate. But the plan goes to the direction that was not planned for it .
STORIA – Giungendo alla trentina, Camilla sogni di andare a vivere altrove. Incontra Youssef che ha la stessa idea di andarsene all’estero e con lui fa un piano che permetterebbe loro di emigrare assieme. Ma le cose non vanno come dovrebbero....
Notes about director: Hala Kalil studied direction in the Cairo Academy Graduating in 1992. She has made a number of short films including the award-winning Tiri Ya Tayara (The Kite) 1999. Cut & Paste is her second film. She wrote the story and directed her first feature film (Ahla Al Awkat) (The Best Times) on 2004.
